1. Information We Collect
- Account information: Email address and hashed password.
- Usage data: API call metadata including model, token count, timestamps, and latency.
- Payment data: Transaction records processed through Wise. We do not store your bank details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service.
- To process payments and manage your credit balance.
- To monitor usage and prevent abuse.
- To communicate important updates about the Service.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes — we never store your full API key after initial creation.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- When required by law.
- With payment processors (Wise) to complete transactions.
- API request content is forwarded to upstream AI providers to fulfill your requests.
5. API Request Content
We do not log or store the content of your API requests or responses. Only metadata (model, token counts, status) is recorded for billing purposes.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
