AI API Marketplace provides unified API access to various AI models. Users top up their account balance and consume it through API calls. The Service acts as an intermediary between users and AI model providers.

3. Account and Balance

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• Account balance is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Free trial balance granted on registration is promotional and may be revoked if abused.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time with notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Share API keys or allow unauthorized access to your account.
• Generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
